I’ve been working on my breath for years now, with yoga and in general trying to be aware of how I take air in… but it’s only been recently that I got the whole picture while working with a great physiotherapist here in Vancouver, using the Prague School of Rehabilitation guidelines, I understood that the diaphragm has to be fully active in the breathing process in order to get in a full breath of air… Look this method up – it’s worth the investigation… Happy Breathing and Moving
