Pilates

I certified to teach Mat Pilates with Physical Mind in Vancouver in 2010. I came across Pilates when I injured my hip a few years ago in a bike fall and went to a rehabilitative session of Pilates. I was so impressed with the results that I have been practicing Pilates on a regular basis since then. Once I had taught Mat Pilates for a few years, I went on to study Reformer Pilates with the Stott Pilates Method in 2014. I can incorporate both those modalities into a session to address specific areas of weakness or imbalance.
